罗瓦蒂来自克罗地亚，在邮轮新造船领域深耕30余年，见证了全球邮轮产业的迭代升级。他曾任意大利船级社顾问、意大利芬坎蒂尼船厂建造师等，新船研发与建造经验极为丰富，主持或参与了多个国际邮轮品牌的30余艘邮轮研发工作，在新材料应用、艺术美学呈现及绿色技术实践等领域均树立了行业标杆。作为项目经理，罗瓦蒂为中国首艘国产大型邮轮“爱达·魔都号”的设计、建造、调试、运营提供了强有力的技术支持。“很多国际同行曾质疑，中国能否造出合格的大型邮轮。但我看到了中国集中力量办大事的制度优势。40余家参建单位、近6000名参研人员的攻坚热情，保障了邮轮高质量按期交付。”罗瓦蒂说。
